LINE DANCING |
Every Monday & Thursday
10:00am |
Instructor: Lou Pollie
Lou has had six years of experience teaching and wants everyone to know that her main goal is for people to have fun. She has taught all levels and tries to include a variety of dances including rhumbas and waltzes. Line dancing is great exercise for both body and brain. Another great thing about line dancing is that you don’t need a partner!
Remember this class is meant to be enjoyable and stimulating. It’s not about getting it right. We will all make missteps and laugh at ourselves which adds to the fun. As a wise person once said, “We are all perfectly imperfect!” Remember, life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we’re here we should DANCE! |
For more infomation, contact Lou Pollie at 231-526-6567. |

Movie: Ice Bridge
Journey to Mackinac Island’s other side…the hidden season few ever get to see. The 72-minute film Ice Bridge follows islanders’ unique lifestyle throughout an entire year on the island. The film is beautifully presented with photographs, music and dialogue while it traces the formation of the spectacular phenomenon known as the “ice bridge” (a three-mile span of ice that allows people to cross to the mainland on foot or by snowmobile).
You may want to add a winter trip to Mackinac to your “bucket list” after watching this movie! |
$15.00++ Per Person
(Includes popcorn during the movie and heavy hors d’oeuvres following the movie)
