Committees
Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club has many active Committees within the Club. All Members and Chairs of the Committees are volunteers. Birchwood is blessed to have so many active Members within the community. Each Fall a Committee Interest Form is mailed out to all Members, who are then able to sign up for the different Committees.

Activities |
Responsible for expanding member
participation in Birchwood activities by scheduling a
variety of interesting social and/or recreational events. |
|
Architectural Control (A.C.C.) & Security |
Attempts to insure that all natural & man-made
endowments will be preserved & maintained. Establishes, promulgates and enforces standards to promote aesthetic harmony in construction with Birchwood. |
|
Buildings, Grounds & Public Works |
Recommend to the Board proper maintenance,
future maintenance & beatification of the Association’s building systems, utilities, roads, bridges, mailboxes,
signs, fences & other common facilities. Assure the
proper maintenance & operation of the Association’s water, utilities & fire protection systems. |

Finance |
Develop annual budgets, provide oversight to all
financial matters and provide periodic financial
reports to the BOT and POA Members. |
|
Golf |
Monitor course play, golf etiquette & arrange for
activities to increase use & enjoyment of golf facilities. |
|
Greens |
Responsible for the maintenance and
beautification of the golf courses. |
|
House |
Responsible for the maintenance, the aesthetics of the Clubhouse & its furnishing, fixtures & appointments. |
|
Insurance |
Responsible for evaluating Association insurance
coverage & recommend programs to provide
for adequate property value loss to liability
protection at the most economical rates. |
|
Long Range Planning |
Develop long range plans based upon
sound economical principles which will
enhance the welfare of the Association. |
|
Marketing |
Responsible for the development and implementation of a Strategic Marketing and Action Plan that drives greater awareness of Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club. |
|
Rules & By-Laws |
Responsible for the development,
maintenance and promulgation of the
Association By-Laws and Rules & Regulations. |
|
Tennis & Swim |
Responsible for monitoring court utilization,
etiquette and arrange for activities to increase
use & enjoyment of tennis and swim facilities. |
