The original 18-hole layout winds its way through scenic woodlands and is a true test of golf. With large, manicured fairways and generous greens, everyday on this course is a new adventure. Playing to 6,734 yards, this layout is a perfect test for the scratch player, while still an enjoyable training ground for those just taking up the game.

An additional nine amazing holes were added on the west side of the property in 1998. Designed by renowned designer Jerry Matthews, this masterpiece shows his attention to detail and ability to utilize the terrain's natural topography, formed hundreds of years ago. From the stunning views of the lake, beginning with the very first hole to the many elevated tee boxes, this is a course to remember. Offering a more modern design, members of Birchwood feel as though their golfing options are endless.

The practice areas and training center at Birchwood are also as outstanding as any in the U.S. Groomed to perfection, the driving range facility is the optimum place to hone your game. Located nearby is a short game practice center where you'll find two large greens, sand bunkers and rough. Completed with outstanding lessons from a staff of golf professionals, they promise all the tools needed to achieve mastery of the game of golf.
