Member Statement

  1. Click on ‘Member Statements’. 
  2. Set up an account by clicking on the text “Click here to be taken to the registration page”.
  3. Enter all the requested information:
    1. Make sure you enter your Member number exactly as it appears on your statement, including all of the zeros– There should be a total of 9 characters for each property.  (Example: P00000001 or GP0000005). The first characters will be the letter or letters at the beginning of your Member number, the last characters will be your lot number, and there will be zeros in between.
    2. Enter your last name exactly as it appears on your statement.
    3. Enter your desired password.  Make sure you keep a record of your password.
  4. When finished, click on ‘Register’.
  5. You may either enter the system now with your new password or use it later.
    1. Please note that when logging in you must enter all 9 characters of your Member number.
  6. When your statement opens you may:
    1. View previous months by changing the date in the upper right corner.
    2. Double click on items to get more information (chit detail).
    3. Email the Accounting Department with questions using the link in the lower right.
    4. Print your statement using the printer friendly version in the lower right.
  7. When finished, logout by clicking on the Club logo.
