House Account Policy
Only homes may be rented (vacant lots may not be rented).
Homeowner gives up all membership privileges (the charging status of the homeowner will be suspended) for the duration of the rental period.
In the event of a rental by more than one person, the privilege of using the Club’s amenities will be extended to only one person and that person’s spouse and children under the age of 21.
Guests of Renters may only use the Club’s amenities in the company of the Renter or his/her Spouse and will be required to pay applicable Guests Fees.
The duration of the rental period must be 7 days or longer to set up a House Account.
A $50.00 non-refundable Administration Fee is required to set up a House Account.
The House Account must be secured by a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and is subject to a $500 hold (7–30 day stay) or a $1,000 hold (31 day stay or longer) for the duration of the rental period. All charges at the end of the rental period will be billed to the credit card provided. The hold will be removed from the credit card upon full settlement of the House Account.
With a House Account no Guest Fees will be charged for use of the tennis court.
vs. $10 for Tennis, per person, per use without a House Account
With a House Account Greens Fees will be the same as Immediate Family Rates.

$20.00 plus Cart Fee of $11.50

18-Holes
$40.00 plus Cart Fee of $19.00

$70.00 plus Cart Fee of $19.00
Long Term Renters may reserve a tee time not more than two days in advance by calling the Golf Pro Shop at 231-526-6245.
Long Terms Renters are able to participate in all Tennis and Golf League Events and will be required to pay applicable league fees. Long Terms Renters are unable to participate in Member Tennis and Golf Tournaments.
